iTAC (INTELLIGENCE TORQUE ADAPTION CONTROL) SYSTEM

A pioneer in safety innovation, the BYD SEAL is equipped with advanced iTAC technology. This system intelligently manages drive torque through techniques such as torque shifting, precise torque reduction, and negative torque output to minimise or prevent skidding. Not only does this enhance safety, but it also improves the vehicle's handling, ensuring a smooth and secure driving experience.

The BYD SEAL is equipped with the revolutionary Blade Battery, a pioneering technology that has transformed the EV industry for over 28 years. Crafted without relying on scarce resources such as nickel and cobalt, the Blade Battery has undergone extensive testing in extreme conditions, solidifying its reputation as one of the safest batteries available on the market.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

HIGH-EFFICIENCY HEAT PUMP SYSTEM

The BYD SEAL is equipped with an advanced energy-saving heat pump system as standard. This system efficiently captures residual heat from the powertrain, passenger compartment, and batteries, optimising thermal efficiency and reducing energy loss. As a result, it greatly enhances the driving range, particularly in colder weather conditions.
